Dior Flagship Store

PROJECT OVERVIEW: As part of Christian Dior’s vision to unify its women’s and men’s boutiques into a single flagship location on Rodeo Drive, our team was selected to fabricate the Evolution® roofing system. This three-story retail space, featuring a rooftop restaurant and Dior’s first complete in-store homeware collection, demanded materials that reflected the brand’s commitment to luxury and innovation.

The project required a roofing solution that could deliver both aesthetic refinement and high-performance durability. Evolution®, fabricated from 18-gauge painted aluminum in a custom three-coat cream finish, was chosen for its sleek appearance, weather resistance, and long-term reliability. A unique roof opening required custom-engineered flashing, which our team designed to preserve the clean architectural lines while ensuring full weather protection.
