Designed to embrace the “live, work, play” lifestyle, the development integrates open public spaces, Class A office buildings, and retail areas across a premier mixed-use campus overlooking Lake Woodlands.

A signature feature of the site is the common “halo” pedestrian walkway and vehicular drop-off, which seamlessly connects Buildings 4 and 5—where OVERLY provided its expertise.
